FHA drastically reducing streamline refinance rates

FHA recently announced they are drastically reducing mortgage insurance premiums. Now is a great time to refinance your Wisconsin FHA mortgage home loan.

These changes are effective for all loans endorsed by FHA on or before May 31, 2009. If your interest rate is in the upper 4's or higher it's definately worth checking into with these new changes.

The annual "MIP" mortgage insurance premium will be 55 basis points which is s drop from 125.

The "UFMIP" will decrease from 1.75% of base loan amount to .01%

If you were looking to refinance in the past, but didn't because of the changes in mortgage insurance the savings wasn't very much, now is a great time to reconsider.

On a streamline FHA refinance you can do so without needing an appraisal or employment documentation. We do order a verbal verification of employment to verify you are employed.

Give me a call or apply online today to see if refinancing your Wisconsin FHA mortgage home loan makes sense.
