100 workouts in 70 day challenge

Anytime Fitness is running a Hollywood Fit Club challenge February 22nd through May 2nd. You can win based on attendance, body fat % lost, and body weight % lost. Anyone else up for the challenge?

My goal is to do 100 workouts in those 70 days. These workouts will be spread out between at home, Anytime Fitness in Neenah, and Jungle Gym Fitness in Kimberly.

I will be logging my #of workouts in this blog post to help me stay on pace to reach 100.

#1 2/22 official weigh in day and squat day.
#2 2/23 fasted morning upright bike
#3 2/23 after work upright bike
#4 2/24 fasted morning upright bike
#5 2/24 bench press day. I found a use for the smith machine. No it's not to bench, I used it for inverted rows & glute/ham raises
#6 2/25 fasted morning upright bike
#7 2/25 conditioning day of kb snatches,box jumps, and jump rope. I need oxygen.
#8 2/26 fasted morning upright bike. Are you sensing a pattern yet?
#9 2/26 deadlift day with my new shoes. Saweeeeet. Mental note doing farmer walks as a finisher on deadlift day is not wise. Grip is fried.
#10 2/27 fasted morning upright bike
#11 2/27 5 heart pumping exercise circuit. just say no to treadmills!
#12 2/28 fasted morning upright bike
#13 2/28 7 exercises pyramid style. Heart rate hit 179. Fun fun.
#14 2/29 fasted morning cardio
#15 2/29 squat day
#16 3/1 fasted morning upright bike
#17 3/2 bench press day.
#18 3/3 5 heart pumping exercises circuit. I'm tired.
#19 3/4 fasted morning upright bike
#20 3/4 deadlifts, clean & press, & pullups. Always my favorite day
#21 3/5 fasted morning upright bike.
#22 3/5 10 exercise circuit. Heart rate stayed above 160 the entire time
#23 3/6 fasted morning upright bike.
#24 3/6 fun filled fast cardio exercise circuit.
Weigh in for the first 2 weeks down 6 lbs and 1.2% bodyfat. Spent zero hours on the eliptical & treadmill during that time.
#25 3/7 bench press day followed by some kb swings
#26 3/8 morning fasted upright bike
#27 3/8 upright bike.
#28 3/9 squat day
#29 3/11 nice outside so went for a walk
#30 3/11 deadlifts, clean & press & pullups. My favorite workout day.

#32 3/12 killer leg cardio circuit. My shirt was drenched!
#33 3/13 fasted upright bike
#34 3/13 spartacus workout.
#35 3/14 squat day. Little tired out from the spartacus workout.
#36 3/15 upright biking
#37 3/16 bench press day with farmer's walks & box jump finishers
#38 3/17 fasted upright bike
#39 3/17 long walk in the 70 degree weather

#43 3/19 battling ropes, jump rope, box jumps, med slams, hindu squats.

weigh in for the 2nd 2 week phase. The 3 days at state bowling followed by the start of the NCAA basketball tournament & delivery of girl scout cookies were too much temptation. Gained 1.5 lbs and lost .4% bodyfat.

#48 3/24 handstands and walking on my hands. Can you say DIZZY
#49 3/25 deadlift day.

#52 3/27 300 kb swings, 200 yards prowler push, 100 rows for time.
#53 3/28 squat day, tried goblet squats for a change.meh,back to barbell back squats.

#55 3/30 bench day did farmers walks & kb snatches as a finisher
#56 3/31 fasted upright biking
#57 4/1 fasted walk outside.
#58 4/1 deadlift day

#90 4/23 6 exercises timed. Finished in 20 min. 37 seconds so I did it 1 more round
#91 4/24 jump squats/kb swings. Then rounds of battle ropes & prowler pushes. It hurts to breath.
