Eligibility dates HARP 2.0 refinance Wisconsin mortgage lender

To be eligible to refinance using HARP 2.0 on your Wisconsin mortgage, your loan would have needed to been delivered by the following dates:

Fannie Mae owned loans by March 1, 2009
Freddie Mac owned loans by May 31, 2009

This program is available as a one time use.

Not all lenders will be offering this program and each lender what they can and can't do will vary by the investors they work with.
